Querk provides automated analysis of PostgreSQL queries, EXPLAIN plans, and log excerpts, generating performance recommendations including index DDL. Analysis is produced by an automated pipeline. Using querk.io means you accept these terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly by Stripe and start with a 14-day free trial. Cancel any time from Stripe's billing portal (linked in your receipt email); cancellation stops future charges and access continues to the end of the paid period. Every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee — email support@querk.io within 30 days of a charge for a full refund, no questions asked. Founding-rate discounts are locked for the life of the subscription while it remains active.
Reviews are generated by automated analysis of the text you provide, without access to your live database, its statistics, or its workload. Test every suggestion (especially DDL such as CREATE INDEX) in a staging environment before applying it to production. You remain solely responsible for changes you apply to your systems. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with a refund of any unused paid period unless the violation is abusive or unlawful.
You keep all rights to the queries and logs you submit. We generate the review for you; you may use, share, and republish your reviews freely. We retain generated reviews to keep permanent review links working (see the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medina Digital LLC's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or downtime resulting from applying recommendations.
We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to active subscribers at least 30 days in advance. You may stop using the service at any time. If we discontinue the service, active subscribers receive a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
